Location
The Portari Houses are found in the village of Aroniadika, a key location and main crossroads at the heart of the island. The village is an ideal base from which to start discovering all the beauties of Kithira. The houses are located 5 km from the airport, 15 km from the port of Diakofti, 15 km from Chora (the main village of the island), 4,5 km from the village Potamos (large village and commercial center) and 8,5 km from the closest beach.

Reservation Confirmation
A deposit of 30% (of the estimated total amount) into our bank account is required in order to confirm the booking.
Guests’ credit card details are required as a guarantee for cancellations or property damages.
Cancellation Policy
More than 21 days prior to arrival : No cancellation fees.
20 days till 15 days prior to arrival: 30% (of the total estimated amount of stay) is charged.
14 days till 2 days prior to arrival: 50% (of the total estimated amount of stay) is charged.
1 day till the arrival date or no show: 100% (of the total estimated amount of stay) is charged.
If the due amount is not settled in any other way, then it is charged to the guest’s credit card.
